St Martin of Tours is an inclusive Anglo-Catholic parish within the Church of England and the Diocese of Chelmsford. We are a diverse and multilingual Christian community serving Plaistow and the wider East London area.
Our parish brings together English, Portuguese and Spanish-speaking congregations who worship and serve as one family in Christ. While we celebrate our different cultures and backgrounds, we are united by our shared faith and our belief that every person is equally valued and welcomed by God.

Although many of us arrive carrying burdens, struggles or brokenness, we believe that through God's grace everyone can discover healing, hope and new life.

Our Life Together
Worship, fellowship and community.
Worship is at the heart of everything we do. We hold regular services in English, Portuguese and Spanish, welcoming people of every age and background to gather in prayer, celebrate Holy Communion and grow together in faith.
Beyond Sunday worship, our church serves the local community through pastoral care, fellowship groups, community activities and practical support for those in need throughout Plaistow and the wider London Borough of Newham.

Our church is situated just off Barking Road and is approximately a 10-minute walk from Upton Park Underground Station, served by the District and Hammersmith & City lines.
Several local bus routes also stop nearby, making the church easily accessible from across Newham and the surrounding areas.
